The John Patrick University of Health and Applied Sciences is excited to announce its alliance with the esteemed physician, researcher, software engineer, and best-selling author, Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo.

Dr. D’Adamo is the new Director for the John Patrick University School of Integrative and Functional Medicine, Precision Medicine & Bioinformatics concentration. As well as an esteemed lecturer for the School of Integrative Health, Nutrigenomics Graduate Certificate program.

His New York Times bestselling books, including Eat Right 4 Your Type, have sold over 8 million copies and have been translated into over 75 languages. From 2010-2019 Dr. D’Adamo was the Distinguished Professor of Clinical Sciences at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.

Via his DataPunk portal (www.datapunk.net) he has developed and personally coded a variety of bioinformatics applications that allow for real-time analysis of an individual’s genomic, microbiome, detoxication variation. His best-known projects are Opus23, a clinical genomic/microbiome analysis tool; and SWAMI, a program that devises complex one-of-a-kind diet and health protocols.

Additionally, Dr. D’Adamo is the co-creator of North American Pharmacal, a manufacturer of nutrigenomic-based health products. In 2019, Dr. D’Adamo founded HouseCall with Dr. D’Adamo, a telehealth-based center, where he currently consults with patients worldwide.
